What is Cutie Malta?
Cutiemalta is a Maltese online store that sells authentic blind boxes and cute collectibles like POP MART (including Labubu), Sonny Angel, Mofusand, TopToy, Stanley Cups and more.
What is a blind box?
A blind box is a sealed package containing one random figure from a specific collection. You won’t know which character you’ll get until you open it that’s part of the fun! Some figures are rarer than others.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. All our products are 100% genuine and sourced directly from the brands so we know the are genuine. POP MART items include a QR code on the box that you can scan to verify authenticity through their official system. TOP TOY and Mofusand blind boxes have similar authentication system.
Are these suitable as gifts?
Absolutely! Blind boxes make great surprise gifts for fans of cute collectibles for all ages. Just keep in mind that the exact figure inside is a mystery, which also make it a great gift.
Is there an age recommendation?
Most collectibles are recommended for ages 14+. Always check the product description for specific safety or age info.
Can I buy a Full Case?
Yes for some of the popular series like Labubu, Skullpanda, Mofusand it is possible to buy a full unopened case to guarantee there is no duplicates.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship within Malta?
Yes! We deliver nationwide, including Gozo.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard delivery is €5. Orders over €75 qualify for free shipping.
How fast is delivery?
- Orders placed before 10:00 AM usually arrive the next working day.
- Orders placed after 10:00 AM typically arrive within 2–3 working days.
- Gozo deliveries take about 3 working days (may be delayed by ferry schedules in bad weather).
Do you deliver on weekends?
Our couriers mainly operate Monday–Friday, but Saturday deliveries can happen during busy periods.
What if I miss my delivery?
The courier will call via the number you provide at checkout, to arrange a second delivery attempt.
Local Pickup (Gzira)
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes! Choose “Pick Up” at checkout there’s no fee.

When can I pick up my order?
We’re open 7 days a week from 10:00 to 20:00.
How does pickup work?
1. Place your order online and select “Pick Up.”
2. Message us right away to confirm your pickup time (orders are usually ready in 2 hours).
3. Come at your agreed time to collect your package.
Is this a physical store?
No. This is a pickup point only - no browsing or walk-in purchases. All orders must be placed online first.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments, secure and simple.
Cash payments can be accepted in case you have payment issues, but only for pickup orders.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Shopify Payments is a trusted, encrypted payment processor used by thousands of online stores.
Returns & Damaged Items
Can I return a blind box?
Unopened blind boxes may be eligible for return. However, we cannot accept returns on opened blind boxes, as the surprise element is part of the product and to prevent counterfeit resales.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
Stock & Restocks
Will you restock sold-out items?
We regularly reorder popular collections, but we can’t guarantee when or if a specific item will return. We can give best estimate time for restock via Live Chat.
How can I know when something is back in stock?
You can check via the website or our social media @cutie_malta on Instagram. Text us if you want us to notify when item you seek are back in stock.
