Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order from Cutiemalta. If something is not right, please contact us and we will help.

30-Day Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unopened where applicable, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.

Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return Delivery Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us first. If the issue is confirmed, we will help put it right in line with your consumer rights.

Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at info@cutiemalta.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the case and arrange the best solution, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or another suitable remedy depending on the issue and availability.

Blind Boxes and Sealed Collectibles

Some of our products, including blind boxes and sealed collectibles, must remain unopened to be returned for change of mind.

Once a blind box or sealed collectible has been opened, we cannot accept it as a change-of-mind return, because the sealed surprise element and original condition have been changed.

This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Opened blind boxes or opened sealed collectibles for change of mind
  • Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging
  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items may be returned only where required by law, or if they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have, if it is eligible for return, and place a new order separately.

14-Day EU Right of Withdrawal

As Cutiemalta sells online in Malta, customers have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To use this right, contact us at info@cutiemalta.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For sealed products such as blind boxes, the item must remain sealed unless the return is due to a fault, damage, or an incorrect item.

For change-of-mind returns under this right, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or card provider may take extra time to process and show the refund.
