Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, after you receive your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched or is ready for the next delivery step.
During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or courier delays, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
Delivery Area
Cutiemalta currently delivers within Malta only.
We do not ship outside Malta. If an order is placed with an address outside our delivery area, we may cancel the order and refund the payment.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Our current delivery option is:
- Priority shipping within Malta: €5
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, public holidays, traffic, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
If you need help with an order that has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@cutiemalta.com and we will look into it.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, has missing items, or does not arrive, contact us as soon as possible at info@cutiemalta.com. Please include your order number and, where relevant, clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and help put it right in line with your consumer rights.
Address Errors
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@cutiemalta.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing or delivery has started.
If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we may need to arrange a new delivery and additional charges may apply.
