Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations: You have 4 hours after placing an order to cancel for free. After 4 hours, no cancellations are accepted.
Unboxing Video: Because of the nature of blind boxes, please always video record your unboxing. Without an unedited video, we may be unable to help. We are not responsible for minor defects, but we will help if your figurine has quality issues like head is cut off, or leg is broken, etc.
